Pingala Cafe Poster
As a vegetarian, Pingala has been my favorite restaurant for years because their entire menu is completely vegan. They have two cafe locations in Burlington, each with unique character and charm. Pingala values environmental sustainability and social justice, which can be seen in their physical environment and their food. My poster design took inspiration from the hand-drawn blackboards in their cafes, and I tried to lean into the groovy vibes of their locations. I featured green mountains behind the crunchwrap to emphasize that they are local to Vermont (the Green Mountain state), and I included food trucks in reference to their "Food Truck Inspired" slogan. The goal of the poster is to embody Pingala's values through the use of fun, eye-catching visual elements.
